This system was developed for an Ecommerce Company. They had 2 problems:
1- Their Customers sometimes left Abandoned Carts on the website.
2- The Cash-on-delivery orders needed to be confirmed manually.
Therefore, we developed a system for them which:
1- Tracked the user's carts on the website and if they left them abandoned without completing the order, the system creates unique Promo Code for 20% off on their order and sends them an email with the code to attract the customer to complete their order.
2- The System also auto confirmed the COD orders from the customers by using Twilio to send them a message on Whatsapp, and acts upon the response of the customer. If the customer confirms, the system marks the order as confirmed in the website's Database.
This system helped the company save many hours on repetitive work.
